Don't get Vonage VoIP
at least not yet...
My old company has Vonage and I have to say the quality of the service is inconsistent at best.
Vonage VoIP has some cool features like web-based admin configuration and receiving voice mail as an audio file attachment to your email.
Drawbacks were inconsistent sound quality, sometimes clear, sometimes scratchy.
Sometimes the phone would ring, sometimes I would get a voicemail email even though the phone didn't ring.
Looks like others have had the same problem with Vonage because they made the "Scariest Tech of 2006" list.
